Made appt for consultation. Jordan understood our requirements. Took home one ceiling fixture to see if we liked it. Great. Called to have the second one pulled from stock. Drove to get it. Tried to install next day and it was wrong style! Now everyone makes mistakes. It's how they're corrected that counts. They had a driver come to our house to make the exchange plus sent us a little gift bag! Excellent customer service!

Love these people and BONUS, they sell fixtures from Golden Lighting. Need Tape Lighting? They have GM Lighting Tape. Too cool!

I work for Buchanan Construction as the interior designer and when I have to make lighting selections for either my residential clients or commercial clients I always contact Jordan. She is by far the best employee to work with. I tell her about the style that we try to achieve and she knows exactly which lighting brands to look at. Always gets back to me as soon as she can and has always helped all my clients. Christies also has a great selection of lighting to choose from and if you cant see what you are looking for they can still order it and have it to you. Its been such a great time when you have so many clients to juggle to know that I don't have to worry about finding a great place for my clients to go a look around even if they are not with me I know they are in great hands. :) So happy to know that I can always count on them!

My wife and I bought a home in Asheville last year. Two weeks ago we spent 3+ hours at Christie's with a long and complicated list of new lighting fixtures we wanted for our home. Christie's delivered in every way. Kimberly Holt acted more like a consultant than a sales person. She gave us advice when we needed it and she gave us time to think through our options on our own when we needed that. In the end, our entire shopping list, ranging from a huge chandelier for a great room to small sconces for a bathroom and a dozen other needs in between, was filled. Now, they are organizing our orders for us as they arrive at their store and letting us know exactly when they will deliver the entire order all at one time. This makes planning for a visit from our electrician very easy to coordinate. Excellent service and follow through.

Christie's Lighting Gallery is the go-to for all of my lighting needs. I recommend them to all of my clients. I love working with Jordan. Her knowledge of lighting and sense of design is spot-on. If I cannot accompany my client in the showroom, I am very confident that Jordan will take total care of them. It is always a joy to work with Christie's Lighting!
