I have never dealt with a company that had such little interest in communicating with their customers.nnI had a scheduled appointment between six and 7 o’clock, and no one ever showed up. I contacted the scheduler to let her know (Irena), and she never responded either. They were supposed to come to work on a seam. I was never given an explanation as to why they did not come, nor was I ever called to reschedule.nnSue, the lady who sealed my countertops, is the only reason I am not giving this review 1 star. She is this company’s saving grace. She tried to contact the scheduler when no one showed up, but she did not get an answer either. She was kind and knowledgeable.nnMy salesperson however, Johanna, was very quick to pass the buck. When I told her I was not getting answers from the scheduler, she simply said “it’s out of my hands.” when I asked her who I was supposed to address these problems with, she did not respond and I was left hanging.nnThe new countertops look nice, but I would not recommend this company.

Wonderful service!! The countertops look beautiful and everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Jay at east coast was a pleasure to work with. Though their fabrication shop is in SC their timeliness and flexibility made it seem like they were just around the corner. We had a complex job. Miter island double stack counter and an oversized farm sink.. They nailed it very happy. BEST COUNTERTOPS IN ASHEVILLE!!
