Thank you to everyone at Gennett Lumber for your help.nnWe ordered hardwood from someone else. It arrived 4 weeks after the promised date. When it arrived it had to acclimate . The installers arrived only to discover the wood had not been milled properly.nnFortunately we had an experienced installer who suggested we have the wood replaced. He did not want his reputation associated with a bad product.nnThe replacement finally arrived, and it too was just as bad.nnA neighbor told us how happy they were with their floors and suggested we visit Gennett Lumber. OMG we are so glad we did.nnThe right lumber was fortunately in stock and delivered immediately. they helped with stain color selection and provided the best service yet. Everyone form sales to delivery was friendly and helpful.nnIf you are considering wood floors, go straight to Gennett Lumber. You'll save yourself headaches, and ... their price was lower saving us some money too!! Very happy now.

Truly the best hardwood flooring/lumber company around. Karen, Philip, Hannah & the entire Gennett Lumber Co staff are beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them! Would give them 10 stars if I could!
Make sure you know exactly what you are ordering and what you will get. If you have a problem with them or their product, it's YOUR PROBLEM NOT THEIRS!
