R-pro sold me and installed a set of Peterson Real Fyre Gas Logs. I am extremely pleased with the price and professionalism of the entire team.
R-Pro installed two wood burning fireplaces in a home i recently built. The indoor fireplace is not drawing properly. I called and asked for a service call in November of last year. I finally received a call back in January and provided details and measurements, and was told i would get a call back to schedule a service call. It is now March and still no call. I just called the office and sadly spoke to the rudest person who really should not be answering the phone. I am not asking for anything except for them to check and make sure the exterior vent is working properly. Very frustrating and disappointing. My builder recommended R-Pro and i will ask him to consider using someone else in the rest of the homes he builds.nThey could use some customer service training for sure!
I had an issue with my fireplace where the pilot light kept going out. Adam was my service tech and he was able to solve the problem. He arrived on time and told me what he was doing as he went along. Adam is amazing and very respectful tech. Kudos to Adam and R-Pro Select
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Michael and Thomas went above and beyond explaining the different units and what would work best for my home. Definitely the only place to buy your next fireplace, wood stove or cook stove
