The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and organized. Dr. Smith was great. She took her time with me and listened to my concerns. She was able to accommodate all of my requests and ordered lots of tests for an ongoing issue that I was previously not able to get answers for. She also explained why she ordered each test and what to expect. I did not give 5 starts because of the wait time. There is definitely a scheduling issue that needs to be addressed. I arrived on time for a 3:00 pm appointment (scheduled a week in advance). I was taken directly to the room but I did not see the doctor until 5:50pm. Each staff member that I saw prior to her coming in told me “she is thorough so you may have a longer wait time”. I do appreciate that she takes her time with patients. However, my time is valuable too. More time should be left between appointments to accommodate this issue. Overall, I was happy with Dr. Smith and I will be returning. Hopefully it will not take over 3 hours for a visit.

I would give this place a zero if I could. Sub-par medicine and expect to clear your entire day for your appointment. I have gotten through the ER at Womack quicker than my appointment here. 3+ hours after appointment time and still haven’t seen the actual dr. HORRIBLE!!! Stay away!!

This place is a God send. Recently I was looking for a new medical home and a co-worker recommended Dr. Smith’s practice. Even though it was a decent drive away for me because I don’t live in the area, I went for it because I truly needed a new PCP quickly. LET ME TELL YOU, Dr. Smiths practice was amazing from the time I called to make my appointment, to check in time when I was filling out paperwork and had questions about the forms. Medical staff saw me without a long wait, and they did not rush me out of the room like most Dr.’s do. This office is truly a hidden Gem, would give them 10 stars if I could.

Everyone is very polite..The Dr. Is very well informed and extremely helpful..I definitely recommend her..

Dr. Smith has been my doctor for over 15 years. I go back because: The facility is immaculate, the nurses are pleasant and efficient, and Dr. Smith herself is knowledgeable and possesses a calming bedside manner always. I also appreciate that she embraces technology and is responsive to your feedback on prescriptions as well. It brings peace having a dependable family physician for the whole family.
