After waiting over a month for a new patient appointment, I received an automated call (with no apology) from their office canceling the appointment, 2 business days before the date. A woman called the next day, again with no apology, and seemed more interested in my insurance than in rescheduling the appointment. Then wanted to reschedule another month away.... No thank you.

In this modern world, of our truly wrecked American medical society, when one can find simply going to a Dr., can rapidly turn into a fiasco, this when you are just trying to get help for an ailment or symptom, you will find that Dr. Laura Mason is courteous and attentive to ones every word. She will shoot it straight from the hip, be the diagnosis good or bad ... Dr. Mason is well versed in her field, has a pleasing demeanor and is honestly truly kind at heart ...nnHer wait staff, Ms. Carol and Ms. Janene have always been pleasant and have never failed to greet me with a smile ...nnHer right hand assistant, Ms. Orlando is literally second to none, when it comes to knowing her job and at following through with her assignments ...nnI would find it hard to believe, that one could find anyone in Dr. Masons field of medicine, that will treat you any better or be more attentive to you or your needs.

Dr. Mason ‘s personality is pure sunshine! More importantly, however, she is knowledgeable about my condition, and I feel so much better under her care. Seeing Dr. Mason is the best thing I could have done for myself!

Dr. Mason was amazing to listen to me about my husband's symptoms and got on the ball on getting him tested. We are very pleased to have been referred to this practice.

I cannot say enough about Dr.. Mason and her medical assistant. She is caring compassionate and truly does take the time to listen and treat her patients like people and not just a # as so many do these days. Her assistant orlando is exceptional at her job and truly does care.
