I am a friend of a current patient of Dr. Scott/Dr. Lorenz and she speaks very highly of both so even though I am rating this one star, I definately give the doctors five. The receptionists on the other hand are a completely different story. While in the waiting room waiting on my friend, a older gentleman approximately 75-80 years old was checking out, after the door closed behind him Diane and Fran immediately started talking about his prescribed medication as if he was abusing them. They spoke loudly enough that I could hear all their receptionists critiques of how he didn't need the medication that the doctors they work for prescibed him!!! I was so furious I had to leave the waiting area and wait on my friend outside. I believe it is very unprofessional to work in a pain management clinic and condemn and judge people you know nothing about especially when these people are dealing with chronic pain and need pain medication to function without constant suffering!!! I understand that there are many medications being abused these days but obviously Diane and Fran need to get a Judge's education because that's all they are good for judging people. Rude, NO compassion, and heartless, that sums up these receptionists!!!
