Aspen Dental

A wonderful experience start to finish. The office is new so all equipment is state of the art. Every member of the staff was friendly , professional and well informed. I went in afraid and came out comforted that I had found a competent team to fix and maintain my oral health.

Dr Cho Is wonderful her staff is so caring and if you are nervous about going to a dentist you don't have to be there I used to be nervous going a dentist I hate it now it doesn't bother me anymore. The cost is very reasonable compared to other dentist office where they hit your pocket book really hard. Nikki has been wonderful she is so caring when my father passed away I had a problem with my tooth they got me right in that evening she also worked so hard on my insurance problem. When does that happen in a dentist office. Thank you so much for being there that evening.

The pro is that the Treatment Plan Coordinator, Ny is her name, is outstanding. She is friendly, understanding and goes above and beyond in her efforts. The con is that this is 'Corporate Dentistry' and it comes with some unfortunate limits and shortcomings. Of course they wanted me to get the $1000.00 cleaning (with insurance). I had to go elsewhere to get a simple cleaning. Spent $100 on a cleaning at the wonderful family dental practice down the road. :)

My daughter and I haven't been to a dentist in a while because no one was accepting new patients. Then we found Aspen Dental. The office staff were super friendly and were doing their job in protecting all their clients from catching COVID19 by sanitizing every we or they had to touch. Their equipment was state of the art and staff were well trained at every aspect of our visit. The dentist was very personable and thorough which is a rare quality in this field of work. She was amazing.nTheir hygienist was very helpful as well. They went the extra mile in getting our future appointments scheduled around our busy schedules. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Arden, NC. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

If anyone is nervous or feels anything negative walking into a dentist office I recommend aspen dental. Everyone I seen and worked with when I came literally made the experience amazing and comfortable didn't even feel like a dentist office. I'm so glad that I made the decision to make my first appointment!
