Great experience. #1:They were prompt... that alone is unbelievable. My usual experience is that whatever time I schedule an appointment I still have to wait beyond the scheduled time. I was scheduled at 2:00 pm, and they were ready for me at 2:00 pm. #2: They were super friendly. Starting with Benjamin who greeted me warmly, then Tracie, an excellent hygienist, followed by Dr. Edwards who was very thorough explaining my conditions and my options, then final paperwork with Melody who was very efficient and helpful as well. #3. They were very much aware and responsive to my budget restrictions! Very helpful and accommodating regarding different options. Everyone was friendly, professional, personable, and efficient. I’m so impressed! I’m new to Asheville and so glad to have found my dentist office of choice!!!

I was more than happy with the service that I received while visiting the Fletcher family dentistry. The staff was so friendly and professional. I had absolutely no wait time. My teeth looked beautiful and sparkling clean!nnMy husband visited the same time I did. He felt exactly the same way. We most definitely will be continuing our dental care there.

This is the Office you’re looking for, I PROMISE —I‘ve not been to a dentist in over a decade. The Dentist sounds like a living nightmare but all this place was to me was a dream. Everyone was so friendly, from the desk to the back room. I loved my experience and was so worried it would hurt more than anything (I mean it’s been 13 years of no cleaning or check up) but it feels like it almost never happened. I’m so grateful to have such a lovely dentistry so close to home. THANK YOU to everyone at Fletcher Family Dentistry for diminishing my biggest fear in life (haha!!) I really appreciate it

Really, the best dental office visit I ever had! My wife called for me as a new patient and they were treating me one business day later. They gave me options and prices up front. They were concerned about my pain level at all times. They actually did work the same day that I would have usually had to schedule for another date elsewhere. Price was competitive to below average in my opinion. I neglect dental care until this visit today, I will definitely go to follow up for cleaning (I usually didn't in the past.) Thanks!
