I go here every once in a while whenever I’m in town. The people here are Extremely friendly and kind. The teachings are EXACTLY what you need to know in order to get to heaven. & The pastor makes things more interesting and fun along the way. It is encouraging and uplifting. I’ve been disappointed by many churches in my life. I stopped going to church altogether for many years because of it. I found AVL City Church randomly through Facebook over a year ago and thought I’d try it. On my first visit I knew it was the church I had always been seeking. I couldn’t believe how authentic and friendly everyone was. The worship is truly comparable to Bethel or Hillsong, the people are so friendly and welcoming and the sermons are bible based, thought provoking and will move you forward in life. If you’re seeking a welcoming, friendly, authentic church, this one is for you. If you haven’t been to church in years, this one is for you. You will not regret it!

Ruining our neighborhood with loud, obnoxious music that starts as early as 9 am. The bass can be felt a quarter of a mile away. There is no peace in our neighborhood on Sunday mornings. They have no regard for the surrounding community.
