I recently moved to NC and had anxiety about finding a new dentist whose skills and office staff could compare to the care and customer service I was accustomed to. It was comforting and refreshing to find that Dr. Batten not only met my expectations but also confirmed that I had chosen the right dentist with the right staff. Dr. Batten was attentive and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my smile. Customer Service is exceptional!! Thank you for all you do!

Feeling really Scammed at this point. Would not recommend this office for adults and Especially not for Children. They took it upon themselves to do whatever work on my child without obtaining permission first! Was told that my child was getting a tooth pulled and he came out of the office with 5 fillings and No tooth pulled! Charged us $700+ dollars for work (that we didn’t even want done)...Can’t believe this! Also parents aren’t allowed back with their children to approve or disapprove for the work that’s being done.

Amazing group of people! High commitment to quality dental care. Our family has been going here for a long time. Honest, talented, and a fun team. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Heath for the last 20 years and have been very pleased with all of their services. Dr. Heath and Dr. Batten are so gentle and I always leave with a smile! I am so glad this is my dental home!
