Everything was going good for me with flight trainer Doro. She left and another trainer came in. It was at this point I got screwed out of 3+ hours of flight time and 10 hours ground school in which i paid for. Doro gave the new instructor a copy of my reciept and and a spreadsheet of what exercises we had done along with the time I was still entitled to. This place is very unprofessional and limited in resources. Going Smith Reynolds now. Please check around and VISIT before handing over your hard earned money!
