My new agent Janessa was very helpful

Reached out for a quote. Was advised that he would call me the following day. I waited 3 days and then called to be told he was on vacation and his associate agent would help. She could not find anything on my conversation so they still didnt have what I requested. Poor customer service overall.

I have been with this agency for over 10 years. I have had 2 wrecks, 3 windshields replaces (cracked from road debris hitting them) and two homeowners insurance claims. The 1st event was a water heater that overflowed the drain pan in the attic of a two story house. Wrecked the house. Todd Smith was awesome to work with. Very quick to respond and knowledgeable. The second event I am currently going through with a second floor water leak into the 1st floor. He is great to work with and easily accessible. They even put their cell phone number on the answering machine so you can contact them if they are out. This company is leaps and bounds above any other insurance agency that I have used. I have auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and jewelry insurance with them.

Huge ice storm with high winds tore a portion of our roof resulting in inside and outside damage to our home an adjustor (Quintin) came to our home looked over our roof (no touching or probing) for 2 minutes and made a judgement that Farm Bureau should pay for interior damages but no exterior--exterior damage was $6000 which we would be paying our $2500 deductible on. Roofer as well as a public adjustor we paid for said this should be covered by insurance but the adjustor from Farm Bureau had already preconcluded (without roofer) what they should pay for. We will be be canceling our policy with Farm Bureau as soon as our new with a competitor is finalized. No calls or communication on this was ever given to homeowners.
