I walked in about an hour from closing. The staff was very pleasant, smiling and laughing. Everything went quick. It was the second time I had been here and both times were just as quick. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went in office for visit and told the attendant that I had a bad earache in my right ear. They quickly looked in both my ears and said they were prescribing ofloxacin drops for my right ear due to an outer ear infection, and that I should have some relief within 48 hours. I called back after the 48 hour period and told the office that the pain was not better and in fact much worse and that from the symptoms that I was having felt sure I had an inner ear infection also and could they call in another prescription for something for that. I was told that they would call me back later that day , but never heard anything, so I called back around 15 min. before closing and the receptionist said she would go speak with some one and call me right back . I never heard from her are anyone until the next day. They then said that if I would have to come back for another visit are they could not call anything new in. I can understand that they missed the proper diagnosis of what was wrong, but the fact that they did not care that the pain I was having had gotten so much worse let me know that they really did not care. I fill that they should have done more the first visit to insure what was going on . A quick glance in my ear was surely not enough of a test.
