David S. came out today to replace my kitchen faucet and garage disposal. He arrived early and finished the job in about an hour! I was really pleased with his work and professionalism! Seems to me it would be very easy to stretch out the time to do a job since the charges are calculated by the hour but that is not the case. He got in and got out without wasting time! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for my plumbing needs! You won’t be disappointed!!
David and Doug were very honest, professional, and helpful. They diagnosed the cause of an odor under the bathroom sink. Instead of charging me for them to fix it, they told me the piece I need to buy and it's a simple DIY fix. I appreciate that honesty in a service company. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
Flow Rite Plumbing has wonderful customer service all around. From the moment I scheduled the repair until the technician left I had great customer service. Doug was very prompt, professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. Will be using them again in the future!
They are very nice and professional. I just wish I didn't go through the handy companyto get their good services. I will book them on my own if I need them again not through Handy.
