It's Wendy's. Always the same.
Line was wrapped around building but as I got to the window on Wed round six this older white lady said she didn't care and she was taking one order at a time....wow and I said that sitting in the line that this person must be taking one order at a time...well she confirmed it..but my problem is if you think you're too old to be doing certain things let the ones whom can do more than one thing...this was really poor customer service and her to say that and I was getting off work from along day...this customer service sucked at drive thru...food was hot
Wendy's in Hickory Nc on Hwy 70 is a great place to get some fast food that's actually good!!!! The staff are polite as well..... Also they do require customers to wear a mask if they don't they will tell you too leave or grab one outta your car!!!!! Keep up the good work Wendy's
This wendy's location is great! Everyone is always friendly. Not like the other locations in the area.
There were no other customers inside or in the drive-thru line. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and paid, without getting my receipt. I was told to drive up and someone would bring our food out to us. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing the car that pulled up behind us get their food and leave, I drove back to the drive-thru. I got nothing but attitude from the workers and my order was wrong. I like this Wendy's and it's usually great, friendly service with great food. I won't be going there again any time soon.
