Went here a few days ago and was treated very nicely by kalyn. Most sweetest and cutest girl I’ve met. The food was amazing and fresh and hot. Best zaxbys I’ve ever been to. All of the employees were extremely fast with my food and professional.

So a few years ago I wrote a positive review about this place.nnWell let me take that review back.nOver the last several months this place has gone way down hill.nnThe staff are rude, just today in the drive through the lady got an attitude and said “I’m a little busy at the moment, but I guess I’ll take your order”nnThey constantly get orders wrong.nnWe called up one time because a little after we left we realized we were missing items, and the girl who answered the phone didn’t even know who she worked for. Her exact words were “Hey thank you for calling uuuuuhhhhhhhh......*insert long pause*..... Zaxby’s”nnThe wait time for food is outrageous.nnThis place really sucks, and is in desperate need for new management and staff

My husband and I went here for lunch yesterday. First my husband asked the young lady taking our order if they had an item he saw on the website but not on the menu. She told him no so he picked something else, no problem. Then she rang him up for something completely different then what he ordered. Once we saw the receipt and confronted her about it she got an attitude and called the manager over. My husband then asks him about the item he saw online and the manager says , oh we do carry that. So he rings him up for that item and gives us the difference. Once we got to the table it still wasn't right, but my husband just ate it. Also every single employee including the manager had their face masks hanging off their chin. Not covering any part of their face!

Not like I remember it. Soggy wings, too much spice on the fries. Chicken tenders were off the chain though, seriously. With the zax sauce too. Heaven
