Awesome staff! Small size of the facility adds a comfort level for the patients and a feel of personalized treatment by the staff. Lauren is very knowledgeable, personable yet professional and encouraging! Staff is friendly and helps make the time pass quickly. I gained so much strength in the time I was there. Highly recommend!

Very professional and helpful staff and team in Hickory.nThe building is clean and COVID compliant as the whole staff is careful to check everyone and wipe everything down.nLaurie, my physical therapist, was extremely knowledgeable in working with my recovery. She developed a Physical therapy program that was tailored to fit my needs and goals for my knee recovery. She helped me achieve those goals ahead of schedule. The whole staff is very friendly and outgoing. I would recommend this group to anybody who is looking for P.T.

I have been a Patient of Benchmark of Hickory for Several months they are so good at what they do. Shelby Bridges is a great Therapist very awesome at her job. I’ve enjoyed all of the people who help me at Benchmark that are there with Shelby. Hands down the BEST THERAPY PLACE I’ve ever been. I would refer everyone here. I have been so pleased with the help I have received at Benchmark. Shelby and Stacy are both awesome. They really care about helping me to recover fully. They ask questions and listen so they can tailor the exercises so that you can recover quickly and fully.
