Great customer service! Friendly staff! Knowledgeable staff! Nancy Allen is a dream..always willing to do anything she can to help and that same warmth and customer care exists in Ms. Allen's agents. I have been a customer for many years. I have yet to experience any negatives.

I have been with this particular agency for over 10 years and they are GREAT at what they do. In todays automated and computerized world it is nice to have these wonderful and helpful humans on my side giving that little extra human touch with the business. I always recommend to anyone shopping for a GOOD insurance company to give the NANCY ALLEN Agency a try.
