My daughter has seen Dr. Cerjan since she was born, and there’s no other pediatrician I would recommend! He is the best- hands down!nI always feel like he keeps me very informed, and does a very thorough job any time we have to come in. I never leave feeling unsure of what’s going on- he always lays things out very clearly.n(And my daughter always loves his little stethoscope characters! ud83dude42)nnI also never have wait in the waiting area long, which I really appreciate!

She called back and took care of what I needed immediately. She was very friendly and called me back to follow up about my children's appt. Even though, this is a large medical office, everyone treats me and my children, like it is a small town Dr.'s office with few patient's that know each other. I am very pleased with the service here.

My son has seen both doctors at this office but doctor Dr. Newman has been his doctor since he was a newborn and now he's almost 5, I think she is a good doctor... never had any problem.

My 4 year old grandson has been a patient here for years. Naturally when his little sister came along, I wanted her to be cared for by the same pediatrician. When her high-protein baby formula started causing stomach problems, it was more important to her doctor that she remain on the formula and gain weight than her comfortnnFinally, after months of ineffectively trying to ease her discomfort by adding Karo Syrup to her bottles or giving her a prescription medication, the doctor agreed to allow me to change her formula.nnMy tiny granddaughter has been placed in my care by DSS, so she receives WIC. The doctor stated we would not need a WIC prescription for this change. After speaking to the WIC office, I informed the staff at Shelby Children's Clinic that a prescription was indeed needed. I even provided the fax number to the WIC office. I was told the doctor would write the prescription and it would be faxed.nnThe entire day passed without WIC receiving the prescription. At 10:00 am the next day (Friday), I was told the doctor had written the prescription. Throughout the day, I contacted the WIC office to inquire if they had received the prescription. Each time I was told they had not. Each time I called Shelby Children's Clinic back to ask them to send it. Finally, at 4:50 pm, someone from SCC told me the prescription had been faxed. I immediately called the WIC office only to receive the after hours recording! This sweet baby girl now has to suffer through the weekend! Sending this fax only took 1 minute, but no one there took the time to do it.nnHEY...SHELBY CHILDREN'S CLINIC, what an awesome way to show how much you care about your precious little patients!

I love Shelby Children’s Clinic. All four of my girls went there. My youngest daughter has autism and Dr Cerjan was her main provider. He was so supportive and educated which helped our family tremendously. All of the Drs and Medical Assistants are great. My youngest has recently aged out of pediatrics but would refer Shelbys Children Clinic if your looking for a great provider.
