I started out with this practice a few years ago and did so because Lauren Teseneer worked their and she was a great physician! She cared about myself, mentally and physically, and also checked up on my family members as well. She made me happy to go visit her because I knew she cared. Then she left suddenly, and I was thrown to another P.A and I never felt the same. My physician (who I did not choose) is Lynn Cheshire. First off, he wanted to take me off my medicine. Later on, I had a seizure from withdrawals from not taking my medicine. Clearly does not care about his patients. Also he is HARDLY EVER THERE. I can never find time to book an appointment with him. Lastly, I’ve never met anyone ruder than the lady at the front desk. Never smiles, just a dull mean person. These people only care about making money. I am going to another practice and not looking back. If your gonna be in this business you should probably learn how to treat your patients. There coming to you for help.

The doctors aren't bad to talk to but the wait time is horrendous and they are slow in getting back results to you

Love this pratice. Dr. Hilton is great and she cares about her patients more than any doctor I've ever seen. She will do whatever it takes to get you well, I am also switching my 5 year old son so she will be his PCP. The wait times are long, but I would rather wait than to be rushed into a room where the doctor doesn't even care about your health. 5 stars in my opinion.

This place is not deserving of one star! I am highly disappointed in the service that not only I have received here, but my husband and daughter as well. Months passed before my husband and I received blood work results and it was only because “I” went by there and asked for them.nnMy daughter was diagnosed as having migraines during her first visit. “I”asked for a referral to see a Neurologist. The referral wasn’t sent to the neurologist office until 10 days later.nnIn the meantime, my daughter continued to have headaches. She called the doctor’s office one day around 8:45 a.m sick with a headache to reach out to the doctor. By the time I got off of work at 3:00 p.m, she still hadnt received a call from the office.nnAfter work, I went by the office and, of course, they wanted to prescribe more medication for her. I talked to Jane, one of the assistants, and shared my disappointment in their service and she shrugs her shoulders as if to say she doesn’t care! What a way to show professionalism! Yes, I was way too nice in sharing my disgusts with their service. Jane needs to find another profession with that attitude.nnFinally, my daughter ended up passing out and had to be admitted into the hospital that night.nnIf you want a Doctor and their staff to treat you as a human being and not just another Insurance ID # then go elsewhere like me and my family plan to do! My daughter is finally getting tests done that should have been done a month ago thanks to the caring service of Atrium Health!
