I recently moved to north carolina and have been experiencing bad allergy symptoms for the past aix monts while being here. I have ben tested negative for covid in the last 30 days. I made an apointment to see a dr. Where the staff was told of my allergy symptoms. Apon arrivial at 3pm on a thursday i was told that itchy red eyes and a runny nose were signs of covid and i could not see the dr and was asked to leave. I took a day off work and am still suffeing terrably but was refused treatment. Worst service ever the staff was rude and dissmissive. The said my cvid test was invalid and i would have to travel to gastonia for treatment at a urgent care. I would never recomend this office.

Love CarMont Facility Dr. Brad Gardner Is the best very informative,Thorough. Also They were good to let me know to reschedule my appoint couple hrs before time to go due emergency as I know things can happen which i truly understand .Love going to this Place!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL

I started out at Jones Family Practice with Dr.Bobby Jones and when he went out on his own my family moved with him and has been with his practice every since. I love Dr. Mary and the staff there. Everyone is friendly. There are times that emergencies come up and your appointment may have to be canceled and I understand. . But I love this place very much and have never had a problem with anyone there.

Terrible service! Said they didn't have time to deliver results of a test even the next day. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend!

Absolutely unprofessional! Had an appointment scheduled for a month, they call me 1 1/2 hours before my appointment to tell me they canceled and Carolyn was so rude and ugly about it too! I wouldn’t even give a full star.
