Dr Ashri is an extremely knowledgeable doctor who takes care to discuss my health and plans for me to take control of my health. He listens to what I say and is always respectful.

New patient to Cleveland Endocrinology, I have had two appointments so far. Dr. Punam Rajput cancelled both. The second one, they cancelled and made a new appointment for me without even telling me the date and time. Completely unprofessional, and I see others have had the same issue. For me, it is over an hour ride, and they simply refuse to keep appointments inline with my other doctors. Secondly, she is difficult to understand, and I have moderate hearing loss. I lost trust and confidence in her abilities and lack of professionalism. I have a better chance letting my general practitioner treat me for my endo issure.

Just moved to the area from California so I needed to find a new Endocrinologist, they strait up told me no we are not excepting new patients.

Just incase this practice did not know: it is completely INAPPROPRIATE and UNPROFESSIONAL to reschedule someones appointment without their permission or consulting them. I should not have recieved a text saying my appointment has been moved to October 24th. When I originally had an appointment in AUGUST. Really? I'm supposed to wait 2 more months when I've already waited a month? No accommodation could have been made? I work in a doctors office and take a hint, this is not how you are supposed to operate. Thank you Cleveland Endo for wasting my time. A month ago I should have took my business else where. Unless you want to wait months on end to get help, take your business elsewhere.
