The NP I had was awesome. I've been dealing with asthma exacerbation and eczema and she was quick to know what we needed to do. Check in was quick and painless. Was in and out in less than an hour!

Shelby Family Practice is a wonderful medical facility. Very efficient, you don't wait a long time to be seen, normally only a few minutes.nVery kind and the staff cares about patients. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I have never stepped foot in the office, but I can tell you my experience via phone was not helpful and unprofessional. I had scheduled a phone appointment with a provider, making it clear that the office need contact my home phone. They evidently sent a text message to my home phone which I obviously could not receive. They took my lack of response as a cancellation. I contacted the office and they offered me an appointment for the next day. Very unprofessional front desk and overall practice. Thanks for making it difficult for sick people to get treated.
