The most awful staff in shelby no one ever returns you're calls that if you can ever get in touch with them when you call your on hold up to 45 min sometimes long and then they will hang up on you doesn't even call back. Sorry staff to be working in the medical field and there is no attempt to make it better at all.

Worst doctors office I have ever been to. I went a month ago and blood pressure was high, NP told me to call her if it doesn't go down. Spent 2 days and around 5 hours trying to get in touch with someone. The first time I hit zero to leave a message and was hung up on. Second time talked to someone transferred me to the NP's nurse and the voicemail was full and hung up on me again. That is not counting the other 5 times I called and hung up after too much time hanging on. The next day after talking to someone they put a note in for the NP letting her know that my blood pressure has still been running high. I waited 2 more days and nothing was called in. I called today and the NP put a note in that she need to see me before calling me anything in. I wonder when anyone was going to call and tell me this. Guess that is so they can get money out of me and my insurance. Went to my appointment and stood at the window for 10 minutes waiting on the receptionist to stop talking to the nurse outside to come and check me in, while the lady standing behind me was coughing her head off. Then found out that they changed their computers and she handed me a book to fill out again. I just filled one out last month when I was there. Would not refer my worst enemy to Cleco. I wish they had negative stars. I had to use my wife's account to rate Cleco but my name is Kevin Scott Reavis.

Ok, the staff is nice the doctors great but calling them is painful. I have spent a total of 4 hours in two days on hold, being transferred to the wrong person, being hung up on.nnThey told me to call them if I had a question... well I got a question..

Wonderful place! Great doctors and nice staff! I have been a patient for many years and was always treated very good. The doctors are very friendly and care about you! If you don't have insurance, they have a program that is wonderful if you are eligible for it! Go visit CLECO and you will find the care you are looking for! Just drop by there with no appointment needed to talk to the financial counselor that will haply explain to you about the discount program and how you can get it! It is easy to apply! And by the way, depending on your income, your visit can be as little as $5!! Make your appointment today! Also, if you are sick, you can just call and make a same-day sick appointment or just drop in and they will not turn you away! You can't beat that!

The most worst staff I’ve ever seen. They are very inconsiderate for the well being of there patients. They never get there fax or call you back this place needs to be investigated and shut down
