The worst serviced ever. Their receptionist are cocky and rude. They never answer Spanish speakers. I had to call the Boston branch to get a hold of the Wautoma branch. When they transfer me is the only way I could talk to the Wautoma clinic. When I do show up I never see anybody on the phone. But yet when I call nobody will answer me. I don’t recommend this place to anybody just got a wild rose or Berlin.

We keep getting bills that should have been sent to medicare. We've been there two years and for some reason this year we are having problems. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. We will be leaving as soon as we can.

Went for a filling months ago. They couldn't numb it. So got on cancellation list. Got called for appt, BUT they didn't tell me to come an hour early, so as I drove to appt they called n told me it was cancelled. Next appt was my fault, as I had pneumonia n cancelled days before. Now TODAY I went for filling...FINALLY... MONTHS BEYOND FIRST TRY. RECEPTIONIST & TECH KNEW I WAS THERE FOR A FILLING, BUT DOCTOR HAD NO CLUE. NOW MONTHS AFTER I NEEDED A FILLING, MY INSURANCE HAS PAID FOR 3 SETS OF X-RAYS, SHOTS, OFFICE VISITS AND AND AND HAVE SPENT HOURS OF MY TIME AND OVER 150 MILES OF GAS N WEAR N TEAR ON VEHICLE I'M NO CLOSER TO GETTING TOOTH FIXED.

Incompetent and a whole host of colorful adjectives google won’t let me say. Dr Ricon and Dentist Dr Fox are amazing! That’s the end of my complements! This place has a high turn over ratio. They make their money off of the poor, Amish, and slave labor. Poor communication w/ office staff. They don’t seem to have issues speaking with one another (about things that don’t pertain to the job I.e. what t.v. Shows they watched the night before), but can’t communicate with patients about things pertinent to their affairs ( I.e. next appt, prescriptions, etc). I’ve been going here for 6 years and I’ve been thru 7 different doctors and nurse practitioners. Oh and 4 different dentists. This place is either the stepping stone place or where you go when you can’t work anywhere else. Don’t allow the nutritionist in the room...she will tell you one thing ( what she learned about the food pyramid), but if you press her she will honestly tell you her education was pretty much bull@$&:/. I do appreciate her honesty, but if I didn’t know what I knew going in... she would of pumped me full of lies and bad info.nnIf you can avoid it...stay clear of this place! Get a check up at Walmart or cvs. This place only wants to see you for 5 min and then overly bill you. This place is a joke!!!nNow I’m calling my goons to get their collection agency from posting on my credit!!nnTHE BILLING DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH SOME HUMANS! ITS CLEAR YOU WERE TAUGHT HOW TO USE THE SOFTWARE, BUT NOT HOW TO THINK FOR YOURSELF. MIDDLE FINGER TO ALL OF THOSE WHO WORK IN BILLING. Worst place to have dental work done they are so incompetent and disrespectful they play games and cancel appointments they have my wife coming home in tears because of their disgusting service she is been trying to get her dental work complete for over six months in pain to much to list of theirs incompetence she needs her teeth removed because of diabetes they don’t follow thru with insurance to help their patients. Very unprofessional service. I do not normally write bad reviews but people need to know you will be treated bad if your not paying cash or don’t have excellent insurance that just pays for anything. Unnecessary pain and suffering they cause.
