This was by far the most professional dental team. The front desk was right to the point, hardly any patient wait time. The dental assistant was very kind. Dental hygienist was swift but made sure I understood everything. They both took note of everything I said. I had my tooth extraction the same day as my consult. I don't know Dr Cho at all...but it felt like I did. Very professional but also laid back enough to make this an easy, painless experience. I would recommend.

I have visited dental franchises in the past and was not very impressed. Aspen dental was such a pleasant surprise. The staff was very helpful making suggestions and answering questions about new dentures. They also helped get the best deal our insurance would allow. Erica at the front desk always greets us with a smile and a good word. Thanks, Aspen Dental, for making visits as pleasant as possible.

If I could give this place a half of star I would . Let’s see call the 800 # because they offer emergency and walk ins get there and told I would have to wait until 4:30 okay fine no problem. Get to the back take my X-rays the young dentist the male seems like he doesn’t even wanna be bothered. Comes in and says I’m going to refer you to an oral surgeon okay cool but in the meantime he can’t do anything and to walk around in pain and pop Tylenol and Advil ( the worse medical advice I’ve ever received) get to the front to check out get passed a piece of paper like here is your referral take this when you get an oral surgeon (referrals don’t work like that but okay ) I would never in my life recommend this place to anybody. Very Unprofessional

Front Office employees were very pleasant & helpful making me feel comfortable. My visit was for a consultation..apparently the appointment before me had problems thus my examines were very delayed. Once I was examined by hygentist & dentist, told what was needed I was sent to office. Here was another wait to be seen-however she was so helpful & knowledgeable ALL ENDED WELL!

My husband went in to get a tooth pulled, and yes he is a black man. The young dentist that was going to pull his tooth just decided that he was going to send an Asian dentist in to pull the tooth. The nurses and the young man dentist made my husband feel very low and not welcome in the office. The Asian dentist was great. Everyone else in the office made my husband feel belittled and not welcome today in the office. My husband name is Stanley Watkins and he is a very nice and wonderful person. I would not tell anyone to go to Aspen Dental in Shelby NC.
