The staff seems to be in a fast mode. They didn't take the time to listen to me and caused more pain to my mouth. I never seen the female dentist face and was talking to her and she had left the room. Beautiful building, but the staff needs a class in bedside manners.

Only leaving a star because i had to. These people violated hippa by talking about my teeth and humiliating me to other patients/workers. They are very unprofessional and i felt bullied. Something needs to be done.

Went to this dentist office when i was a kid and the dental associate was talking bad about my teeth to another dental associate and I could hear what they were saying and she was yelling about me needing to brush my teeth more often and that my mouth is nasty I was just a kid i dont remember any of the workers names but it just crossed my mind early this morning thinking about my son needing to find a dentist, will never recommend this place

I went to see Pauline Cahill and she talked so mean and rude to me that I left there crying to be treated so bad for no reason it's just not right she caused me heartache and humiliated me and was so unprofessional and when I called my husband to come back there because I was crying she went out and didn't come back her assistant apologized for the way she treated me and said she would fix it the next day when I came back to pick up my dentures when we got home they called us from dentist young office and said not to come back they would mail us our dentures she knew I would bring my husband with me because of how she treated me and she didn't want to have to face me after the way she treated me
