Shelby Pediatric Dentistry - Formerly Philip F. Jiamachello, DDS

My first appointment with my 2 children was the best I've had. The hygienists were excellent. My youngest was scared and everyone did a wonderful job calming him and establishing a good relationship with him. I received a thorough explanation from the dentist about their teeth and improvements that we could make in their dental care.

Excellent visit per usual. The staff made my daughter feel comfortable and happy. Special note for special needs parents. My daughter has autism and she has been treated by Dr. Jimmicello and his staff for years. She loves to come to the dentist and is never nervous or anxious. I am delighted to say that this same tradition of compassionate care has continued with the transition to Shelby Pediatric. Shelby Pediatric will continue to be the dentist of choice for all four of my children.

Staff was very nice. Not fond of the open concept of the exam/cleaning room, but my daughter didn't mind. The area for procedures are more private. Overall it was nice. Parents can go back with their child. Dr Zimmer and the hygienist (s) were super nice and knowledgeable. (Be careful of the huge bump when you pull in the parking lot) ud83dude01

Wonderful, engaging, warm and friendly staff. My daughter was having a small issue and was afraid but they all helped set her at ease quickly. We are new to the this dental clinic but definitely glad I decided to make the change! Seen in a timely manner and was not left waiting forever.

Not the same as when Dr. Jimacello was there. The dentist no longer meets with the parent after the visit like he did. Total lack of customer service. The phone system directs you to leave a message which never receives attention. I left multiple messages with no return call. I was asked about x-rays for my child which were requested and then after visit was informed they did not xrays to see if her wisdom teeth were coming in. REALLY? I just spent thousands of dollars on braces. It is very important that her wisdom are watched to avoid any movement of her teeth. We need to find a new dentist!!
