Catawba County ABC Store

It's a newer store. Very nice was approached and asked if I needed help. Yes I did very helpful in several sections. Would recommend this ABC store.

My wife and I were asked 5-6 times by the same police officer behind the counter if we needed help from across the entire store. After 1-2 times it becomes evident that you are being viewed as a potential thief and not a potential customer. No employee spoke to us until check out so obviously it was normal behavior to browse for Allocated bourbons. After spending $100 on bourbon we walked out feeling awkward and all eyes on us walking out the door.nThanks buddy, never again.nI typically visit this store on a weekly basis.nToday killed that. Never felt more awkward while shopping in a store.

They just moved to a larger building so there is plenty of room between the aisles and it is right across the street from where they used to be. They are courteous and friendly and they make you feel welcome.

New big store. I can't wait until they fill up all the space.

The new location is great!! Same great staff!! Much needed update.
