Was shopping for a bridal set and intended to visit several stores before making my decision with the first stop being the Jewelry Exchange. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Dot and her wonderful personality, she showed pride and compassion in preforming her job and her story telling as she was showing us different rings sold me on buying here. Dot and the entire staff are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and takes a personal interest in each and every customer. I returned two days later to pick up my rings and a big departing hug from Dot. She definitely made my experience one that I will forever remember.

Found out exactly what I wanted and what my price range was.nnThey got to work immediately after my first visit and kept me updated through every stage of the ring buying process.nnRing turned out better than i could have expected, and within my desired budget. Drove there from Charlotte due to lackluster experienced with Charlotte jewelers, and would recommend anyone else to do the same

I went in here last minute to get my watch battery fixed. First time I have ever walked in here and I was greeted by the nicest woman alive, Scotty! She helped me get my watch fixed with the help of another girl (I don’t have her name but she wore a really pretty dress and short hair). I was also looking for something for my moms birthday and Scotty took the time to explain to me the difference between certain materials and metals and prices. I told her my low budget and she just took off with ideas! She helped me find a lovely pair of earrings for my mom and had them wrapped up really nice. The earrings were also on discount so I actually paid less than I budgeted for! I will definitely be coming back here again! Even after I paid Scotty showed me the watches they had which took extra time and care out of her day! Thank you Scotty and your coworkers for helping me become a loyal customer!

I have bought several pieces from them. All have been & still are gorgeous & exactly what I was looking for. You might find something cheaper somewhere else, but, side by side, you won't beat the quality of merchandise. Beautiful & unique jewelry that you won't find anywhere else.
