istg i just got my ear pierced and i was using the stuff 5 time a day. literally its swollen and sore i think it was the jewelery i always usually pierce my own and i know how to take them out early and put new jewelery ever since i changed my jewelary the swolen has gone down and everything still making me dizzy but its good. But be careful idk why its infected im guessing the type of jewelery they put in

Awful experience was ignored when I was standing at the counter. I went to buy a ring was told I couldnt buy anything because I wasnt wearing a mask. I have panic attacks and while wearing a mask was told not to wear a mask from my Dr because it could make the attack worse. Told the lady I couldnt wear a mask due to this reason told me she couldn't take my business.. I guess my $ isn't good enough. Never shopping here again

Purchased a ring on 8-28-20 right before closing time and told the guy I intended to return first thing in the morning to purchase a specific piece. I have been back twice only to find they are temporarily closed. Really, guy?
