I recently visited Kay Jewelers in Hickory, NC and had the most amazing experience! The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to all of their customers! I visited the store multiple times this week looking for the perfect gift and each time I was greeted with smiles and such a welcoming environment. They truly treat you like you have been friends forever and are so fun to work with and a pleasure to be around! I will never do business anywhere other than Kay’s! So I went in to get a wedding band and the people was so helpful and kind and she really took the time to make sure that I was happy with everything I can't wait to get my wedding ring thank you to everyone who helped us on one of the best day's of our life

When a person walks into a store their presence should be verbally acknowledged promptly and not ignored.

I put a ring on layaway back in early February and I was going to get the ring out March 25th when they were running a 35% off sale. COVID came and all the stores shut down and I wasn’t able to purchase at that sale price so I decided to wait for the next sale. Unfortunately they decided to cancel all layaway services on Sept 1st. That was fine that’s how business goes..they told me I’d receive a check in 2 weeks.. long story short almost 3 months later and many visits to the store and calls to their customer care line I still do not have my money and everyone it’s the same response. I should have my check in 2 weeks and they are sorry. This is the worst customer service. And I will never do business with them again.

Went to get my daughter a gift for her 18th birthday and the store was very busy. Everyone was very nice and kept reassuring me that someone would be with me shortly. When someone did wait on me they listened to what I was looking to get and she showed me several options in my price range. My daughter loved the ring. The ladies were so awesome, will be back soon for something else real soon.
