Wonderful experience with this practice! We love Dr. Mike!!! He is very thorough and provides GREAT care. His staff is always helpful & kind - especially, the girl in the front... Samantha. She is great! I highly recommend this place!

Today was my first time visiting DeSantis Family Practice. I had an appointment with Dr. Morgan Edwards. The office was very clean and tidy. The office staff was very friendly and efficient. They took me right in at my scheduled appointment time with no waiting. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Morgan Edwards. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to go over everything with me and addressed all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them.

Today makes 6 months that I have been apart of the DeSantis Family Practice team. I have been amazed at the professionalism and overall compassion shown by the providers and other staff. We strive to make everyone feel welcome, calm and cared for during their visit. The office dogs(Max and Carlie) are an added bonus to our work environment, and we could not do it without them. I could not have asked for a better team experience and I'm happy to call this place my work home.

I was fairly happy with the practice at first, but then came the pandemic. During my annual wellness visit in July of 2020, I saw front office staff not masked. Nurses there were unmasked wheeling around elderly patients. It was clear that the practice did not care to follow the CDC guidance on masking or social distancing. Perhaps they have changed their protocols now, but they have lost my confidence.
