Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

We liked our experience today. Very informative and helpful. My kid loves the old arcade machine! I wasn't pressured to put fillings on baby teeth. And even though i felt horrible for not having a dental visit for my little one in too long, no one made a big deal about it. Thank you!

Growing smile is the best place for my children. I couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else. All the staff are wonderful and always try to keep both of my children calm and reassure them that they will not hurt them during their visits. My daughter is special needs with several health issues along with a feeding tube, and they're perfect with her. We love Dr. Bridges she is so sweet and gentle. I always recommend them to everyone I know. Never once have had a bad experience.

We had a visit today that the grandparent took both our boys to. 11 month old and 6 year old. The office was so clean and welcoming as it has come a standard to be. With some issues presented by insurance, the office staff was so accommodating in assisting us to get through it together. After that was settled the boys were taken back where my ever so shy 6 year felt so comfortable with the staff and atmosphere , he laid on the chair and actually laughed through his check. He was happy throughout the visit and praised by staff afterwards which we found extra sweet because it was sincere and genuine. We adore going here because of the level of professionalism throughout every part of the process and more importantly just how comfortable they make it for the child. They are thorough, quick, friendly and kind. We love Growing Smiles!

We love Growing Smiles!!! Growing Smiles gives children the experience they should have at the dentist. My daughter has loved coming to the dentist! She's never been afraid to go and always looks forward to going. The staff are friendly, bubbly and always smiling. They get to have dress up days which is a great thing to see. The teamwork that they show is something you'd want to see at any establishment that you go to. I would highly recommend taking your child to Growing Smiles!

Overall a wonderful Office!!nnI am in the dental field myself and have high expectations on the care my family receives from medical/dental providers. This place exceeded my expectations, the clinical staff and doctor were super friendly and patient with my 16 month old. Dr. Matt explained where my child's oral health was, ways to improve, what to expect in the coming months and years. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their overall oral health.nnThe clerical staff/registration process could use some improvement. The receptionist could have been a little more friendly greeting us; my son and I were new to the practice. It's a proven fact that word of mouth by current and potential patients can make or break a practice. Not a huge deal, I mean it was Friday morning at 9 am I probably wouldnt have been chipper myself if I was not excited to tackle this milestone in my sons life!nI had went online and completed my sons new pt forms because I knew it would be difficult to complete paperwork at the office, as wrangling a 16month old is hard enough. When I arrived I was told that the did not have access to that portal where the form was sent to and that I would still need to complete the information via paper.nnSo, overall, I give them a 98! The clerical/registration process wasn't a huge deal but I believe feedback is crucial to business owners to help the practice and staff grow. My son and I are looking forward to his next appointment in 6 months!!
