Let me start off by saying that Dr.White was terrific and explained everything well and thoroughly.nI came in for a Invisalign/braces consultation.nFilled out the paperwork where I marked I was unemployed and briefly explained to the receptionist, Amy, that I was unemployed/no health insurance and she said that’s fine, sit down we’ll be with you shortly.nEverything went great with Dr.White until he sent me and my mom (who is paying for them) back to the receptionist to quote us prices. Amy questioned my unemployment and asked what I was doing. I said nothing at the moment, and she took that opportunity to tell me about her daughter and what she went to school for, giving advice about dental school. After giving me unsolicited life advice I simply said I’m not interested. But it completely floored me when she told me I need to “find a path”. I’m 25 and this pandemic has been hard on me just like it has for everyone else. I found the whole conversation to be condescending, unprofessional, and insensitive. I left crying and it triggered an anxiety attack. I clearly felt uncomfortable and kept quiet, but she probably couldn’t tell because of the mask.nTo add, this was just a free consultation, she asked how many other places I was going to and I explained one more after this(probably 2 more now). She was not expecting any payment and my mom had already signed as the responsible party.nnThe other Dentist office did not even have me fill out anything to do with my employment, and I went without my mom.

What Can I Say But The Best Experience Ever!! I Made The Decision To Get Braces After 38 Years LoL & Dr. White & His Staff Made Me Feel So Comfortable & More Like Family Then Just A Patient!! Best Decision I Made!! Thank U So Much Dr. White, Even Though You’re A Washington Fan LoL #GoCowboys ud83dude06
