Pete Key Properties

What a great place! The location could hardly be better! The house was clean and set up well for us. We loved the layout of the house, great to entertain and very private. Most places in western north Carolina are a bit dated inside, same here but everything works well and was very clean. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

We stayed at one of the properties managed by Pete and simply had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate. Seriously. It even met my mom's standards. There were also just a bunch of nice little touches that we appreciated. Pete himself was quick to respond in the lead-up to the trip. Would 100% stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pete’s property in the heart of Asheville, NC for our girls weekend away! The window seat made for a great reading nook and was so sunny and comfy! We were close to everything we wanted to do and just had a wonderful time!

It was a wonderful location and a great place to stay! We loved every bit of it but we especially enjoyed the screened in porch.

The cabin is located and feels secluded, yet close to everything you need. The screened in porch was so relaxing. Very high quality appliances and fixtures. We will definitely being going back!
