Bunn House

The Bunn House is one of our favorite places to stay. Excellent location, just a short walk from downtown Asheville. The rooms, decor and amenities are second to none. Owners and management are always ready to help. During the holiday weekend, we actually grabbed lunch and dinner to-go at different restaurants downtown, and enjoyed our meals by the outdoor chimney. Drank delicious local beers, while also enjoying a game of Cornhole in the lawn. Easy parking (no need to valet or pay parking fees downtown). It truly is top notch! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay. The boutique hotel has everything you could want and then some. Top if the line speakers, air con, hair dryer, steam shower, outdoor area, snacks, wine..... the owner is so kind and helpful and all the staff are amazing. My mom and I loved our stay and cannot say enough. Thank you!!

Amazing experience! They thought of everything. Free drinks and alcohol, great snacks, rooftop terrace, steam shower... we loved our stay and will definitely return.

This was an awesome experience. This was our first stay at a boutique hotel and everything more than met our expectations. The patio and fire at night were fun. All the shower amenities were so amazing, we took a picture so we could order them when we got home. The music, rooftop views, stocked fridge, espresso maker, bakery treats, steam shower, cool furnishings, gated parking area, and close proximity to town were above and beyond. The hosts were awesome, although we never actually saw them. We will definitely stay here again.

We just spent a beautiful and relaxing week at the Bunn House and highly recommend the experience. The accommodations were first class and the home itself was amazingly charming, pristine and inviting. The owners, Ridgely and Mark, were incredibly friendly and attentive during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend the Bunn House to anyone visiting the Asheville area as a luxurious and serene alternative to the hotel crowd.
