My wife and I were preassured to buy a time share with Festiva Resorts, but we were given the worst seasons and dates so we could not use the resorts. We have tried to get out of this scam and fraudulent deal but we have been harassed for Years trying to collect maintenance charges for a time share we were never allowed to use. We will be reporting this crooked company to the US Department of Commerce and the FBI in order to be investigated. We do not recommend Festiva Resorts nor Festivs Management services At all.

Would not recommend them, They give you a good line, show you all these great ways to earn credits on cruises, to pay maintenance fees, but only one or two cruises are worth many credits, but you don’t now it until it’s too late.nYou either have to be able to book a year ahead, or hope to find a last minute deal, few and far between. and RTX, their exchange company, can never find anything when you want it.

They are the worst of the timeshare companies. Took our money knowing full well that they were not going to be able to honor their promises. The units at Peppertree @ Atlantic Beach are now being torn down so you can't even reserve a week there. Plus the homeowners dues are so high you can rent a week at a hotel cheaper than that. They are definitely SCAM artists. I would never recommend doing business with any Festiva Company.

Stay away! Don't give them 1 minute or $1. Have had it for 10 years and can not think of anything they have told me in that time that wasn't a lie. Also have not spoken to a single person that has Festiva that was happy with it. After Trump builds his wall, hopefully he will come after Festiva next and drain that swamp.
