Reception & Ticketing Sales Center

We had will call tickets. The kiosk did not work for our reservation number, but the line went fast, they had 4 windows open for tickets. The greeter was very pleasant, and informative. You have to have a ticket with a bar code to enter the gate, or be sent to drive around again to go up to the reception center. Things went very smooth once we were in the right place, these staff members really know how to move people along, and in a very respectful way.

Friendly staff, quick and easy in and out to get you in to your tour. Will call is a good idea. Also they have a bag requirement that you can't have a bag or purse no bigger than cluch size otherwise it must be see through which they sell there for your convenience. Gallon zip lock bags are acceptable.

Quick stop and introduction to Biltmore luxury and service. I had to pick up my tickets at will call, which worked out better than just printing them online as I was able to talk to someone and get a bit of an overview and what to expect. The grounds are huge and its helpful to take a moment to think about how to allocate your time.

Annual pass is well worth it! Awesome grounds and dining opportunities. Easy in and out with pass.

It wasn't bad but wasn't great. The employee charged my card for 4 tickets, when I only need 2. Then when she voided the two tickets, she mistakenly gave me them instead of the correct ones. I didn't find out until I was at the manner. They didn't care though, so it worked out fine.
