I’ve been coming to this location since it was Oneil’s and the service was great then we became Medical Park and it was great. Then Cvs took over. it was a nightmare You can wait up to 4 hour for your prescription to be filled. The staff is different and unfriendly. You also wait forever on the phone before someone even answers to help you I’m switching my medicines to a new pharmacy

If the service wasn’t bad enough since CVS took over the local pharmacy, today I picked up my prescriptions, brought them home, but didn’t open the bag until late evening. For the SECOND TIME since the CVS take over, I received HALF of the prescribed number of pills. I’m a nurse and I know there are multiple checks and balances required to distribute a controlled substance. Apparently, these procedures do not apply to CVS! How can a controlled substance leave the pharmacy area without the pill count being verified??? I completely understand that mistakes happen, however, when this “mistake” happens TWICE AT THE SAME LOCATION WITH THE SAME MEDICATION...it is NOT a mistake!nCVS, THIS IS A SERIOUS VIOLATION!!!!!

When I have called Medical Park, I’ve always gotten a very friendly person on the phone immediately. This morning I called the “new CVS” and after navigating the automated service, I spent over 10 minutes on hold listening to poor quality canned music and a robotic voice repeatedly telling me all staff was too busy to take my call. NEVER AGAIN! I will pick up this prescription and will be taking my business to a pharmacy that cares about it’s customers!!!!
