I’m very sad to leave a two star review for this veterinary clinic. I have been taking my animals here for 20 years. My dog recently hurt his leg pretty badly and our appointment was made for two days later at their sister office. We needed to make a follow up appointment and I asked if we could see one of our usual trusted vets at the redwood clinic. I was told they couldn’t see him until next month. What good is a vet if they can’t see our animals when they are sick? If I wanted to switch vets I certainly wouldn’t have picked this random office on the other side of town.

A friend referred me to Redwood over a year ago and have since referred several friends who are now patients. They have always been extremely helpful, incredibly kind, and completely understanding when I’m having my “fur mom freak outs”. Not to mention, they get straight to the point. Instead of running you around in circles spending tons of money trying to find the answer or solution, they suggest what’s best for you and your pet. The staff is always so kind and caring and they treat my dog as though he were their own. I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Redwood!

Just had a somewhat disappointing and frustrating experience. Am in need of some flea medication for my pup. He has been a client there since he was young - over 4 1/2 years. Called two different times this morning and phone just kept rolling over and could never speak to anyone. Arrived and called to say I was there to pick up Bravecto. Was told this has to be handled by a technician and requires 24 hour notice. I explained I was already there and had made multiple attempts to call and was again told I would have to return in 24 hours once I was contacted.nnI have been a dog owner for over 30 years and have always been able to just go to the vet’s office and pick up a flea treatment. While I realize things are a bit different due to Covid, it would seem that with the large staff someone could have gotten the pill while I was there.

We love Redwood! We have 4 kitties and 2 pups. Two of our fur babies have serious medical conditions and both Dr. Bertelli and Dr. Kamanski keep in regular contact with us on lab results and to see how our fur babies are doing. We have been going to Redwood for 15 years and have always had top notch care and that has not changed. Staff is always responsive and caring. I will say that things have changed due to Covid and things may take a bit longer, but that is out of everyone’s control until this pandemic is over.
