Very friendly and helpful. I had to get some e mails printed and it was an enjoyable experience.
The Newport Library has been amazing since the new staff has taken over. The staff are extremely resourceful and helpful to patrons of all age groups. They are adding new features to the library almost every day. Newport Library staff strives hard to make the Library a great place for all to visit.
Near empty shelves. Limited selection. No comfortable places to sit and read. (At least they took their banned books shelf down.) Shame the county let this once excellent library go to ruin.

Well... one particularly wet day I walked in with soggy everything.I had dried off outside and all that so after waiting about an hour before going in, and was very considerate since this library has been good to me all my life. But the moment I went in a heard a sighuge and assumed it was just a tired employee waiting to die, like we all do. But when I went up to ask for a new library card she rolled her eyes, sulked to the back,and took a few minutes to come out. Not a great employee but the library is pretty good and they also have chess so it's earned 3 stars.
