Lots of F words comes to mind as I write this review. Do I have your attention now? The first F word is fair. What you bring in to be bought or appraised will be done in a fair and professional environment. The second F word is fun. I was looking at selling some inherited pieces that I can’t wear, and was treated with respect and we had lots of fun and giggles along the way. The process is straightforward and benefits both you and store. I would recommend this store to even a close friend. Thanks

We were greeted by a very friendly associate. She was interested in everything we had to say. The surroundings were beautiful, sparkly, and cheery, and the jewelry was magnificent. We were shown every area of the store including the estate jewelry upstairs, and explanations were given concerning each piece that we were interested in. The history of the estate jewelry was very interesting and the bridal area was gorgeous. There were many pieces of jewelry to choose from. Everyone should visit Spicer Greene!

I visited the store for the first time looking fir a gift for my daughter. Emma helped me choose the perfect matching ring and necklace it was hand made right in their store. Their jewelry is elegant, set with stunning stones and beautifully designed. She loved it! Emma was so versed and knowledgeable about all the items in the store. Her passion really showed through as she took me on a tour of the store. I even picked up a beautiful cameo ring from their estate room sale. Thank you Emma! I’ll be back!nJennifer

A bit pricey, but honestly, it's worth every penny. The quality of their custom work, the attention of their staff (thank you Elizabeth for being SO AMAZING during every interaction!), the responsiveness of their customer service, and the stunning finished result absolutely blew me away. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Absolutely appreciated the attentiveness of both Emma and Kaitlyn. Emma was very courteous and professional. She was able to provide me with an option that I didn't think was available, which was a nice and unexpected surprise. Once the pieces were chosen she introduced me to Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn helped through the process of designing my fiancé's engagement ring. She listened to what I wanted and was able to provide me with a few options to choose from as far a design. This is also where Emma helped in passing along any other additional information to Kaitlyn for the design. Overall the experience was heartfelt and enjoyable. They are the best and much appreciated. I can't thank them enough.
