Twice now this guy has have charged me for my safety inspection. Now this year he failed me for tint on my rear windows, which should not have failed and once again charged me for an emission inspection instead of a safety inspection. I thought the last year he over charged me, but I trusted him and didn’t question it. I took my car to the dealership and it was confirmed that he charged me to much and shouldn’t have failed my safety inspection. Never again will I go to this place.

This store has got to be the cleanest gas station in North Carolina! Scotty and Patty take pride in their work and always have a smile on their faces. It's obvious customer service is top priority at West Asheville Exxon.
