Most drivers and security guards have good customer service skills. The other staff however, especially the people working inside the station have attitude problems. An efficient way to get around Asheville with few delays. Not too crowded on most days and restricted service on weekends. They did recently remodel the restrooms and they are cleaned regularly and in good repair(if you need a public restroom).
The indoor restrooms are open for service. There is WiFi as well as outlets Free of charge. Solar powered.
I work as a security guard every once in a while there. The bus drivers are top notch and the staff are excellent. I'm proud to be able to work beside them.
the female driver to w5 right now of of 9:25 am doesnt seem to understand how to drive a bus. she's speeding and almost caused a wreck. I won't be riding this bus if she is driving.
The renovation is coming along nicely and the new schedules have enabled me to get around town easier and a little faster. The waiting area looks very nice with new restrooms and new seating on the way.
