I live in NW area & go here 1x day usually need something...or gas up before she opens. But it's always been a great friendly experience. I don't have to even say what cigarettes i get she has rdy for me. Supporting local businesses in letting me put cards & flyer out. Just customer service and we don't see that happening much anymore.n#shoplocal
The owner is an absolute pleasure. You can tell she puts in a lot of effort into this place. She seems to be adding new services every week too. You can rent a u-haul, they have phones and tablets, there's a great selection of candy that my kids love, and there's even a restaurant area with some great food from what I have had.
This store has made a dramatic change in the past few months. It's very clean and smells nice when I walk in. They have great customer service, employees who act like they care about their customers and great hot cooked food!! Where else can you get just about anything you need plus delicious hot food when you're in a hurry? Keep up the good work North West!! :-)
