Worst stay ever! I will never stay here when I'm in town visiting family again. Customer service was a 0 out of 10. Theses people don't know how to communicate. No one greets you when you come in, they only look up at you in disgust when you walk past the front desk. I checked in early one morning to freshen up before I went out and when I returned that night and asked for more towels the guys said towels should had already been in the room but I needed more after a long day. He finally gave me some after I asked multiple times. The pull out couch didn't have any pillows. When I asked for some he replied there weren't any with an attitude. He then went to say that people stole all of them. He could have easily got more from a different room. DONT STAY HERE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I DON'T LIKE TO PLAY THE RACE CARD BUT I WATCHED A FEW OTHER PEOPLE GET GREAT SERVICE...

The manager that worked the front desk was very nice, informative, he helped me with my needs, I checked out early, we walked me through the steps to get my refund for the night I didnt stay!! The room we has was 301, it was very nice, warm, cozy, and smelled clean also. It's like it was waiting on us. I would recommend this hotel!!

Clean, don’t expect any breakfast there still riding out the COVID-19 restrictions. They will give you a bottle of cheap water and a little fruit bar

I'll be staying here every time i come to visit my family. Not at all what i expected. Very comfy bed, clean linens, child fridge. This little place had everything i needed for a quick stay. Very friendly staff.
