AT&T Store

I was told that my husband's status as a healthcare worker would give us a 25% discount on our monthly bill totals. In anticipationof the savings, we upgraded 2 phones and added a line--which would add roughly $100 to my monthly bill. Fast forward a month, my bill goes from $287 to $567 per month. The service reps at the store had NO IDEA what they were talking about. Incompetent is an understatement.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. A very pleasant experience.
