I absolutely love Dr. M. Reed. But the reason I’m giving them a low review is because of his staff. The manager Brandy was absolutely rude. The lady that takes your money is ALWAYS rude and hateful. When ordering glasses I was told one thing by the lady selling me glasses and when I picked up my glasses (which I paid for completely when ordering the glasses) was told they couldn’t do what I paid for and it would be additional money. When I asked about it I was told they didn’t tell me that. I then asked the manager then why did the girl charge me for it? She was absolutely rude!! I was given a hassle trying to get my money back for what I clearly paid for and didn’t get. So because of Dr. Reeds staff is why I am giving a low review. BEWARE OF HIS STAFF!! They will lie to you!!

Excellent service! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.nBrought my son in for his visit. I am confident that he was offered the best service available. The staff was well trained in taking care of my son who has a Visual Processing Disorder. They listened to what we felt we needed and were able to provide exactly that.nWe will be recommending this office to many friends and family members!

The staff is wonderful, the doctors are amazing and everyone there really made me and my husband feel right at home. The doctors explained everything clearly where we could understand it and know exactly what to do! Thank you Family Vision Clinic! We will always come to you for our vision needs!
